Brand Marketing Manager

1. Key deliverables of the role:
Brand managers are responsible for developing brand initiatives, promoting brand
growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to
drive volume and profitability. Brand managers are focused on achieving brand
business objectives in the short and long term.
 Responsible for achieving Brand objectives with respects sales volume
• Drive brand activities in order to satisfy consumer needs
• Oversee and input into the development of operational brand plans
• Propose and monitor brand activities in order to address identified brand issues
• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category,
customer and consumer trends
• Manage external agencies and suppliers (expert partners)
Drive innovation and creativity in products and brand activities
• Explore new business opportunities for the brand expansion
• Increase consumer engagement in all effective communication channels
• Increase brand awareness of categories
• Ensure application of best practice of brand management tools
• Analyze and propose relevant research studies
• Utilize research data/findings and market information effectively
Implement A&P Budget effectively to ensure ROI
• Manage the impact of each cost element on brand profitability
• Control brand support expenditure
• Improve brand profitability through implementing cost control measures


2. Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Ideally 3 years of Marketing experience preferably for FMCG food products
• Experience developing concepts and product innovations.
• Demonstrated high performance in project management
• Strategic thinking (sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture)
• A considered, analytical approach to working with concepts, consumers,
problem solving, stakeholder management
• Analytical thinking and critical thinking.
• Good articulation & conceptual thinking and strong project management skills.
 • Proficiency in English.

3. Location

Office: No.14, LK 3-14, N1 - 2 Street, Saigon Mystery Villas Compound, Binh Trung Tay Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

4. Working time

Monday - Friday (8:30 - 18:00); Saturday (8:30 - 12:30).
